eSalon is looking for a creative and collaborative Senior UI/UX Designer to play a pivotal role in defining new web-based tools (desktop, smartphone and tablet) to support our upcoming salon. Someone who can take complex tasks and present them in simple, intuitive ways for our colorists and retail workers to use quickly and efficiently.
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and has well-rounded design, problem-solving, and communication skills. This position will be responsible for driving the effort around redesigning our existing CRM and for designing new tools for use in the salon (Point of Sale, Appointment Setting & Management, etc). This position reports to the Sr. Director of UX Design.
