IT Support Engineer

eSalon is looking for a Full-time IT Support Engineer to own, mange, and support all IT needs for a growing e-commerce company of 100+ employees. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, service oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

What You'll Be Doing

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot issues on Mac/PC/ChromeOS hardware/software
Manage IT ticketing system
Provision and maintain VOIP phone system
Maintain conference room A/V setup
Support local network technology to connect client's and machines.
Support and maintain all office equipment, including scanners, printers, A/V equipment, etc.
Help with the onboarding of new users with hardware, software and account setup
Manage IT inventory and purchasing
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment of at least 50 employees
Strong understanding of computer troubleshooting principles
Knowledge of VOIP systems
Knowledge of networking technologies, firewalls, routers, VPN, VLAN, DHCP, etc
Personable and friendly attitude is a must
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service
Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Must be organized and detail oriented
Must be able to move around equipment weighing up to 30lbs
