very nice conditioner. I think, however, I might be a bit allergic. It is a wonderful product and leaves the hair much more manageable and easy to style
Really need to use the shampoo and conditioner together. I made the mistake of just getting the shampoo, the conditioner could'nt get here soon enough.
I really like this shampoo. My color remained vibrant far longer than when I used regular shampoo. My only issue was the pump for the shampoo; it broke, so I just unscrewed the top and poured out the amount needed.
Please note that mistake has made on my account. I received duplicate order on shampoo, colm and hydration cream. Please advise on how to proceed. Need my money back or advise on how to send products back.
After the shampoo I'm thinking... I'm going to need a lot to be able to comb through my hair. No true. Again a little goes a long way and my hair loves it smooth and silky easy to comb through. I will keep using also.
Love the way my hair feels after using this product! But I have a lot of allergies and something in this shampoo makes my scalp itch. I won't be able to use it, so I gave it to a friend that loves it, too.
The conditioner is really wonderful right after you color your hair but as the month progresses, it doesn't seem any better or worse than any other conditioner you could buy. I'm glad I tried it but wouldn't go out of my way to order it again.
The conditioner was 5 star all the products were, I just couldn't make my multiple stylists understand the colour I was after. I advised that my natural colour was brunette but that I wanted a colour that would give me a dark mature blonde. Instead I got brunette with red/blonde high lights, completely the opposite. Hence I cancelled my order.
...but I was firstly disappointed by the amount of product that was in the bottle to begin with. I have long and somewhat full hair so it took a great deal of shampoo just to get a decent lather. Which is the second part I was kind of upset about. I can understand the Color Enhancing Treatment not lathering up as well because it's not a shampoo, but the shampoo was foaming up the same way as the treatment and felt almost dry in my hair (if that makes sense). I fear this shampoo will finish within two weeks with how much is in the bottle and it would get extremely pricey if I had to continuously buy it over and over. I pay $30 for a huge bottle of It's a 10 and it lasts me at least two to three months. However, I did really enjoy the smell of the shampoo and I'll keep using it because eSalon is great with hair products in general and I've really had no other complaints.
This is a good product, however, just like the conditioner, this bottle is too small, needs to be bigger. Otherwise, love the product and how my hair feels and looks after each use!
Although I was a bit disappointed with the Heart Lock It Shampoo, the conditioner was a better fit for me. It was really creamy and I didn't need a whole lot to smooth into my hair and it left it smelling great and feeling soft and that's all I can ever really ask out of a conditioner so I'm happy.
I love this shampoo, it's not super leathery though and also the pump it kinda annoying bc I'm in the shower pumping it a hundred times because one pump is the size of a pea ... other than that I love
Love the product hate the packaging , if I could get this without a pump that would be great, one pump gives you a tiny amount and if you're like me and like to use a nice amount of conditioner you will be pumping like 20 times ...
My only complaint is that the size of the bottle its 8.5 oz and I am used to getting bigger bottles of shampoo and conditioner so I would have to buy more to get what i need for my hair

The only reason I rated this product as 4 stars instead of 5 stars is due to the container and the pump mechanism. I love the conditioner and it makes my hair soft and manageable, which I appreciate. However, the pump doesn't always work and it takes many hard pushes to get hardly any product out at all. I wish these shampoos and conditioners came in a squeeze tube-like container - more like the travel sizes. So, keep the conditioner formula and drop the container! That would make me give it 5 stars.

The shampoo is good but I prefer a less sudsy shampoo. I does leave your hair clean without damaging your hair dye... my preference is the color safe volumizing shampoo by eColor.
I don't really like this shampoo as much as the one in the pink bottle. This one tends to make the frizzes more prominent after blow drying and straightening. I have a brand new bottle of the shampoo and conditioner, never opened. I would like to trade it for the other shampoo and conditioner. I will be requesting that.

Again, I have used this and don't care for it as much as the other shampoos and conditioners I have used from eSalon. I don't know if I am not using it properly or what the problem is, but it just frizzes me out more than any other ones.

This shampoo does not dry out your hair but keeps it soft, smooth and helps maintain the color. Although it does not foam-up like commercial brands, my scalp always feels clean.
I enjoy this shampoo, it cleans well and my hair feels super soft afterwards, one downside is the pump I find I have to pump it quite a few time to get the amount I need! Another this is I can't use this shampoo with conditions , my hair gets too greasy and weighed down if I do. I have to use the leave in conditioner afterwards instead.
Other than that it is great if you have dry or damaged hair!
I love the smell of this product. I just wish like I said with the conditioner that it was a bigger bottle with a higher capacity pump. Other than that I love it!
I really do like this product. I love the way it smells especially! The only issue that I have is that it only lets you pump out a very small amount. My hair is very long and pretty thick so I'm literally having to stand there and pump it out 5 or 6 times before I get enough. I would like it to be a bigger bottle with a pump that pumps out like 4 to 5 x's more than it does.
I used this shampoo almost all the time until the new shampoo came out. I have to admit that I'm switching to the new Volume shampoo but I did like this
