• How much hair colour will I receive?

  Each Colour Set includes just the right amount of hair colour needed to achieve your colour goal. That means you’ll receive either one or two bottles depending on your hair length, thickness or desired look. Your colourist will advise how to apply.

• Can I save any remaining colour for my next application?

  Unfortunately, no. Since every one of our hair colour bottles is freshly dispensed (and never sitting on a shelf), we can only guarantee the best results with immediate use.

• How do I know if I am selecting the right colour in my Colour profile?

  If you ever have any doubts on your selection, be sure to include a photo of your current colour. Your colourist will review your photo and make any adjustments needed. Feel free to give us a call, we’re available to hear you out and help you out.

• How often should I colour my hair?

  That depends on your grey coverage, vibrancy, hair growth cycle and overall maintenance. If you are not sure, your colourist can advise on a schedule that will best suit your individual needs.

• Do you offer Permanent or Demi-Permanent colour?

  Yes. Our Permanent hair colour provides the longest-lasting colour result and is recommended for full grey coverage or a colour with an intense, rich finish. We also offer an Ammonia-free option for multi-dimensional coverage and a natural, luminous finish. Our Demi-Permanent hair colour is recommended for those with less than 25% grey hair and fades seamlessly. Lasting up to 24 washes, it’s ideal for refreshing previously colour-treated hair or blending grey naturally. All hair colour options leave your hair feeling healthy, conditioned, and full of shine.
