I was afraid to try because I’ve had some bad box experiences! The idea of this being custom was neat so I gave it a go. SO GLAD! I’ve gotten so many compliments on this color and how natural it looks. Red seems to fade quickly but this is holding its own really well!

When I first saw the color on top of my wet head I absolutely panicked. Then shampooed, conditioned, and was prepared to run to the drugstore in the middle of the night!. Much to my amazement the color was Beautiful! Your colorist determined that a lighter shade was needed and sent that. I am in love with your product and the new me. Will let you know how the highlight kit works out. Your new friend. Carol Steffes

I am extremely happy with my hair colour and highlights too. I have changed my colour very slightly but I love my hair so thank you, I appreciate the quality and service. The packaging is delightful too.

How nice to get personalized colour delivered to my home. The colour was exactly what I ordered. Good sample colours to choose from. Great instructions. Love the second pair of gloves to take into the shower!

After my second use I felt much more comfortable with being able to color my own roots. It adds sheen and covers those greys so well!
