The color was good. I did have questions for the colorist. Sent an email but no response yet. Also color questions and would like to talk to someone.

I was a little put off by everything that came but once i dove in it was easy. Most at home colors burn my eyes but not this one. The color was perfect. I will be ordering again.

I love e color.

I love the e-color. My problem is that I'm 81 1/2 years old and its hard forme to do the color. My with the virus pandemic, I have no choice. I just put it all over my head and use my fingers to massage it in then wait for 40 minutes. I do need the extra thing that makes color stay longer.

I was hoping for a little more info on how long to leave the color on my gray areas. When I went to pour the remainder of color onto my head, the strong ammonia smell made it hard to breathe! Other than those two issues, I LOVE the COLOR and the shine, and will definitely purchase more of this product!

Surprisingly good

I was surprised by how good the the color blended to my hair. The only drawback is my gray started poking through after only two weeks. Hopefully the next order will resolve that. Otherwise I told my hair stylist it would be a while before I needed her. LOL depending on how the next batch turns out I may save $80 every month.
