First time colouring with e salonThe kit and instructions where laid out well and very easy to follow, however the colour was darker than I thought and also a little flat, the toner and highlights would have benefited, also my ends have been breaking, I assume down to the ammonia 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Don't cover my greyI ordered dark brown. After following the time for both bottles, my grey is not covered. It is not white. But it is 80% white. So, the grey is not turning 100% brown. The result sadly is no different than store bought. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Doesn’t cover the grayIt’s a great product but it doesn’t cover the gray. The color so was matched with was lovely but it barely worked on my roots. The company sent me a replacement that was a darker color. I had the same problem! I followed the instructions to the tee. Unfortunately, it did not work. Nor did they stand by their 100% guarantee. DissapointingThe colour didn't take to my greys. I had sent pictures in of my hair before and asked advice and stylist advised 6 (as chosen) would work. Left it on for the full time as per instructions. I had explained i wanted a root smudge, but there were no instructions for this part just apolication to roots only, if i had done this, i would have had a band, as i have highlights midlengths to ends, so i expected there to be instructions for blending. I had to do this by google and thankfully managed to successfully blend with no banding into my highlights but have been left with my greys still showing through on my roots. I sent a note through explaining all this and requested a refund as i have now had to book into a salon to sort it, but i have had no reply. Stunning colour complete with everything you need!I love the consistency and especially the colour. My hair looks rich in colour but very natural, and is lovely soft and shiny.
