All I can say is..... WOW!I tried eSalon after having a nightmare ordering experience from Sally Beauty. I was apprehensive initially, but after setting up my account and ordering, it was very clear that eSalon cared about customer service and I was definitely getting a custom color created by an actual hair stylist. She called me twice to go over my hair, and everything came looking so cute in the packaging and the instructions were easy to understand. I was worried it might not come out right, especially seeing the ends color was only supposed to stay on for 5 minutes, but I followed the instructions and my hair turned out beautifully and even! Personal ColorIt is so cute how your color comes in a cute box, it is labeled with your name on it. Everything you need is in there, I hadn't colored my own hair in years, but with the shelter in place I had no choice. I did not want to damage my hair, I am thankful for eSalon! I did not feel alone in this anymore! My first color I was very conservative I think just dark brunette. Now I have gone a little lighter. Amazing Custom ColorI was terrified to dye my own hair and because of the pandemic I finally decided it was time. I have grey hair to cover and my red hair was really washed out. I received a base color and an ends color, and it was super easy to blend and apply. I was shocked at how amazing it turned out and may never go back to the salon! 54 orders later and still happyI have used esalon since 2014. I've made a few color modifications (mostly because I felt like a change) and am still happy! One time I received product that had exploded while being mailed and they were great about it and sent me another one at no charge. I was impressed because it was not their fault that happened. So pleasantly surprised!What a great experience! I loved taking the quiz and uploading photos of what my hair looks like at it’s best. The directions were clear and I loved the color.
