Truly AmazingI have been colouring my hair for 20 years and this is by far the best colour I have ever had on my hair. It looks so beautiful, the colour is shiny and covered all my greys. Very Impressed!I have to say I'm very impressed with the product and the overall experience! I have been going to salons my whole life, but due to this pandemic I couldn't so I decided to try eSalon. I have very dark hair, almost black, and have been dyeing them red for around ten years. So, as you can imagine, I was a bit worried of having to go lighter by myself at home (we've all seen the videos). The order part, with the survey and everything, was very easy to use. I clearly stated the color I wanted to achieve and the one I was starting from. The package arrived in less than a week with absolutely everything I needed. They sent me two colors (the second one was free, yay!) one for the roots and one for the ends. Everything went smoothly with the application and the final result was gorgeous!! My hair was even much much softer than before I dyed them (which was a concern of mine): again, I am really really impressed. Love, love, loveThe stylist did a great job getting me the color I really wanted for a color touch up. I like that you send a picture to help them w the match. The process was easy. I didn’t think I could get the back thorough enough so my husband did have to help out. Maybe some people can do it by themselves, but I feel like it’s a 2 person job for beginners .
