I can't believe it!I absolutely LOVE my hair! It looks so vibrant and natural! I can't believe I did this myself at home! Salon quality without the price. It was sooooo easy to follow the instructions. The customer service is exceptional. I am so glad I was contacted and another color was suggested which was lighter than the one I originally requested. Lockdown locks !I am thrilled with the results having used this product for the first time today. Great and easy to understand instructions. Fabulous result with subtle multi tones and my hair is super soft and shiny! Just the pick me up needed for my poor hair during these strange times. WowI was pretty nervous about doing my own color for the first time, but I was also not a fan of becoming gray during a pandemic. A friend whose sister works in the fashion/beauty industry told me her sister recommended eSalon to her, and her great results convinced me to try it. Wow! I can’t believe how much I love my color. It took me a little while to get the hang of applying with bowl and brush, but once I got used to it it was actually fun. And the results far exceeded my expectations. The color is a little different from my usual - more brown, less red - and I love it. Friends who have seen me (from 6 feet away and partially obstructed by a mask!) think the color is gorgeous and prefer it to my old color. For me what’s most remarkable is how soft my curls are and how healthy and shiny my hair is. I really could not be happier with my results and didn’t change a thing to my formula for my second order. Surprisingly happyI tried this product out of desperation while not being able to go to a salon. This is much better than the drug store hair color kits. Liked the color, liked my consultation and feed back. Would have given 5 stars but for my hair being thicker and needed to go out and buy hair clips. Beautiful colorNot only did the color come out exactly as predicted but my hair is silkier and softer than my salon color I've been using for 20 + years.
