For one year it was great, then for the last two orders not so muchIn the beginning it was great. A year later, two orders with problems and no offer to fix the issue. Too much competition not to go elsewhere. Sorry eSalon, but I had to go elsewhere, you basically pushed me out the door. Great colorI love my custom color set and have been using it for several years now. I have naturally dark auburn hair, but have started getting a little white hair here and there. The colorist worked with me to help me get the best match to my natural auburn and now a root touch up every few months keep my hair looking great.
