not happyThe past two times I have NOT gotten the results I want as I did with the first two times. The root color is BLOND more than auburn. Then the ends refresher is a huge contrast and is not blending all over. In other words the results look artificial. PLEASE LESS BLOND ! following was original request" am wanting a tad closer to auburn as that is my natural color. Very happyDue to bleaching my hair a couple of years ago, the hair I had before last night had medium-dark brown roots, auburn mid lengths with nearly strawberry blonde ends. Now, after my custom color kit, I have a gorgeous and super shiny all over dark cinnamon color. It's exactly the color I wanted, and there's no dye stains on my skin. Not even my scalp.
