Color Better NowI rated this 3 stars the first time I used the product. My hair was too dark - the colorist tweaked my color and the match is better. My hair doesn't seem to be any worse for the wear using this color so that is a big plus. I do wish it imparted some multi-dimensional tones - it gives me a pretty flat color but there is some shine. This is Not covering my grayNot covering my gray Hair. I follow all the instructions and use a color safe shampoo and conditioner. Even leaving this formula on for an extended time is not helping. I am terribly disappointedI said that pulled red. I wanted my hair as my picture light blonde. Somehow you folks thought dark blonde. When I colored it came out red. So I called and told the lady that info that they had done golden with a little bit of ash and that would be sufficient. She said not to worry they would use a neutralizer and that would take care of it. I got the color and used it today it showed a a lot of medium blonde and small amount of neutralizer. I am now darker red and very upset. I have posted picture from today here and feel there is no reason to continue with your product. The young lady had said my hair was medium blonde. I don't think my hair it, it is light blonde. It may not be platinum or toe head but it is definitely light blonde because around the front of my face has been toe head since I was a baby and now is turn gray. Please cancel my account. Hair DyeYour products are the best and my sister got me hook up with you guys never went back to store dye hair again. You have your own styler who helps who what ever need you have esp us woman who have hard gray hair to dye and don't last long well Esalon has the products and dye for your hair so its last long time you don't need to keep running back buying store bought dye again. Easy to dye your own hair simple directions I just love Esalon would be nice they send some free samples of products to try. I love the charts you match you length of hair your natural color if its thick thin towards your liking or what the color will come out too Yes mine came out the color I choose and if you want some ash added or brass added they will meet your needs if its not what you want they will fix it right for you.
