2 different colours?Finally got round to doing my colour - not quite what I was expecting and not what I ordered (medium blonde.) The roots are now strawberry blonde and the ends are blue/green. I wanted to go slightly lighter than my natural dark blonde, which was shiny and healthy looking. I've now got dull khaki ends and dull strawberry roots. It looks awful and as I don't wish to make my hair any drier, I've go to wait until it fades. Luckily my hair is long so I can put it up and hide the really nasty bits. Customer service haven't even bothered to reply to my 2 emails after a week. Won't ever buy again. Certainly won't recommend. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
