1st time useMy hair felt amazing when I tried eSalon but I was looking for more of a red tone (hair still looked to dark). I did get to speak to my hair specialist Yvette (very nice and understanding) and she will be adding some more red tone to my hair. Perfect!I was light blonde and wanted to go back to my natural color, a darker brown with an auburn undertone. I picked the color I thought would work and uploaded a couple of pictures. My stylist said that the color I chose wouldn't work with my coloring and suggested a different formula. What she chose is perfect! I love it and my fiance loves it! Spot on!A natural dark brown turned light medium with balyage for 2 years. During quarantine, I simply took a few pics. They sent the color a few weeks later and it is soooooo perfect! Not too dark. Didnt cover up balyage. Customer for life. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
