Very little gray coverageI’ve tried this twice now, my colorist adjusted my set after the first one because my grays were not covered. So with this set, she simply told me to leave the color on for 40 mins instead of 20 mins on my grays. No change to my formula was made, just the processing time. It seemed to be better this time, it looked darker. Now I’ve washed it once with a very well known salon color safe shampoo/conditioner and many of my grays are already showing again. Of note, I also noticed that my ends have lightened a couple of shades since washing this one time as well. Esalon is not the correct formula for me unfortunately. awful reaction...I really wanted to like this hair color option but I had a terrible allergic reaction within 12 hours or so of applying the product. My scalp was itchy/burning plus my eyelids were affected too. Swelling and itchy eyes on top of an irritated scalp that lasted for days.
