This the real deal. The color is fantastic, exactly what I hoped for. And the details that go into the process are also spot on. From picking the color and having the colorist review to the packaging and how seamlessly it leads you through the process of at-home coloring—you can tell you're in good hands. I am happy as I ever was walking out of a salon. I was a little dubious and figured if it didn't go well, no big deal...it's pandemic hair anyway. But I'm completely sold.

These products are so easy to use. The directions are simple to follow. My hair looks wonderful and I am not breaking the bank when I need to color my gray hair.

I liked the color I received the last time, a lot better than previous shipments but would prefer to get an even lighter color on my next shipment. Please know that my hair tend to turn red or orange when dying it. Thank you!

I was really scared to try this new mix... it is 2 days old, and just added the light set yesterday, so I am adjusting to a different tone, than I am use to.... Your customer service is AMAZING, your instructions, spot on. - So why 4 stars? I am not sure this is the permanent color for me.... Just like any change I need to live with it for a bit.
