Provided me with a color that did not cover my grays.The box came and everything looked great. I watched the videos, read everything they sent me and was ready to go. I did have two emails back and forth with the color specialist regarding the violet dark brown color I chose. She said if I was looking for a full purple color coverage than I need to go to a hair salon but if I was looking for a purple hue than we could move forward with the color selection. I did tell her I was looking for a violet hue but was concerned with covering my grays. I specifically asked if covering my grays with the chosen color would be a problem she never replied. Then another email came saying that we could move forward with my color selection and once again I asked about the gray coverage, again no response. I guess I should have know better.
