Great product and outcome!So happy with the outcome of my hair color! It has been many, many years since I have colored my own hair and several orange roots later! Salon highlighted for last 12 years but unable to go to the salon due to Covid so decided to try eSalon and very happy I did! I am amazed at the great color match from a photo! The kit and instructions were super helpful and made the experience enjoyable. The products are great, the conditioner is wonderful! Thank you Elisa! Hard to chooseWhen I was choosing the color I wanted, it was hard to know what I would end up with. At first, I did not see a change at all. ( I guess I chose too close to what I had ) After a week, there was a slight difference. I could tell that it was close to what I wanted. NOW, I know which way to go. Problens with MixturesColor was great. Had an awful time with air in the bottles of the two color mixtures. The cream solutions both had air bubbles in them. This caused mixing issues. Dark brown or black?I usually if not ALWAYS have an AMAZING experience and I will continue to recommend people to Esalon.... BUT I did ask to go back to dark brown. I know this, my hair is black. It is not dark brown. Like it look almost jet black! I have to leave it in because my next alternative is to go get it professionally stripped out. My hair would be so fried if I did that. So I'll leave it but I'm so disappointed! If I wanted black hair I would have asked for black.
