great colorI requested it tweaked a little from the previous color and this color is perfect. Only thing, Is I wish they put something in the order that tells me what the color is expected to be. First rating 3 second 5++++++My first order was ok. The color was way off from what I was wanting and it was just mediocre. I sent my thoughts to the stylist assigned to me, along with photos of my hair. She nailed it! My new color was exactly what I wanted and I freaking love it! I changed my auto order to every 8 weeks to also include the ends refresher because I love the whole look and didn’t just want the roots.
