I love the fact that my color was created especially for me. Seeing my name on my hair color makes me feel really special. I didn't realize this simple detail would make me feel so great. Thank you, I feel your service cares about me and that is rare in today's market.

easy to apply , actual remover for accidents , no burning sensation , and best of all - no transfer to the pillows . ever! . i am really pleased with it . i dont even have to colour as often either , i would recomend it to all my friends ************

I love the way my hair looks and feels after coloring it with your products! Once I wrote to my colorist and explained exactly what color I was looking for, I received a box that had 2 different colors: 1 for my roots and another one for all over...I ADORE MY HAIR COLOR!!!!

I am very pleased with the results of the hair color mixed. It works so much better than the store brands,& lasts longer too. The customer service is excellent.. highly recommend trying esalon!!!

I love how the company pays attention to detail. I love the packaging and how every item was personalized to me specifically. This company thought of everything, literally everything that is needed for dying hair was included in the package.
