Great new enhancementYour new formula is absolutely super. The color goes on easier. It covers the finer grey hairs around my forehead and temple better. The color is much more realistic from the get go. The previous formula seemed too dark Initially, until a few washings, but this seems more natural from the onset. Great to use...Its was my first time using esalon... I was very impressed from the start of the experience to the end result.. presented in a beautiful box with everything you need, it even had my name on the bottles, nice touch! It was very simple to use and didn't have that horrible smell.. even the shampoo and conditioner were lovely. I Had had a very positive experience. The only thing I would say that im a little disappointed about is that its only been 3 weeks and I've noticed my roots have faded quite considerably, I must say I was rather surprised because after using the colour the end result of the colour was so vibrant. I also feel my hair became rather tired after 2 weeks and a little porous, was this because of the colour? im not sure. Love it! So glad I brought it!When I put the color in and was washing it out, I thought my hair felt damaged. I have very tangly hair to begin with, but it felt dry and crisp. Once I used the shampoo and conditioner that came with it, I was sooooo happy. My hair has never felt softer or healthier. It smells amazing, looks amazing, and I love it! So easy to use!This is the third kit I have received and used. It is so easy! The color matches well and to add more coverage to the gray it was suggested I leave the color on for 40 minutes. The product does not make my hair dry either. The best thing ever!I started using this system after major surgery in Nov. 2017. Since I couldn't make it out to pick up my hair color, I decided to try this product. I fell in love with the color choice, the easy way to order and of course it coming right to your door!!! I did stop my order for a little while, but I always knew that I would return and order again. I have recommended this to many friends to try. The only reason I would stop using this product is if one day I decide to embrace my greys...... it will be a while before I do that!! Thank you for making this process effortless.
