The instructions for applying the color is spot on. The color does actually cover the grays better than over the counter hair color. So far, so good...

After coloring my hair with the esalons color I was totally shocked at the amazing results my girlfriend commented at once about how great my hair looked and how it looked like it had been done in the salon.

I really love my color, I'm amazed at how long it's lasting. I don't have a bunch of grey roots like I would with store bought color.

Love e salon! Color is great, getting lots of compliments! Love the price, and now I can buy other amazing products they offer! Customer service is fantastic! Don't be afraid to try esalon they are great, you won't regret it!

Fantastic Customer Service

Not realising I was on autoship, I had to call Customer Service in London, England to stop the shipment and to refund the money that had already been taken. The person I spoke with was Lovely!! He was extremely efficient and polite, a real pleasure to speak to. I would recommend this company just based on their customer service, however, I have to give my colorist excellent rating also. She made a change to my order that was better than what I could do alone. She matched my natural hair color perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend eSalon.
