Exactly the color I wantedMy customized color is perfect, thanks to my colorist who took the time to make sure it was just what I wanted. Worth the priceEasy to use, excellent instructions and salon color results. One exception is the shipping of the product. Of the 3 I have receiced so far, one came leaking and was not useable and another got lost in the mail. Each were replaced free of charge.
