DullI just colored my hair and I could cry. Its terrible. I requested dark coppery blond. I wound up with a med-light ash brown. I see no copper and just a little gold. More green than gold though. Easy to use and great quality.Overall I was very pleased with the products. However, the colour mixed for me was darker than I would have liked. Having looked at the pie chart illustrating the proportions of colour in the dye, it turned out exactly as I would have expected. The dye also beautifully covered all my grey hair. It performed far better than the over-the-counter dyes which I have previously been using. The whole colouring process left me with lovely glossy, well conditioned hair.Therefore the product is great. A week after dying my hair, I used the Tint Rinse which brightened up my hair colour. I have been in contact with eSalon, and they are going to adjust the colour for my next batch. I had been initially wary about having a hair colour mixed for me without any personal contact. (At least with over-the-counter products, you can get an idea by looking at the box!) However, whilst darker than I wanted, the colour is good, not a blanket 'dead' colour, and a better quality.
