Incredible product. Excellent.I used to travel for a living...had my hair done at some of the best salons in the world. Once you have had excellent cut and color, it is hard to find that level of service where you may choose to live/semi-retire. Finally found a good stylist...she gets it concerning cut and style. Her salon uses an excellent color - only one brand - used it before. When the gray really starts coming in - more than 40% - the basic color product you used to use won't do. I thought my hair was simply growing incredibly fast - roots obvious after six days to a week. No, the product doesn't cover gray. eSalon covers gray - it stays on/holds - and leaves your hair in great shape. When the pandemic happened/salons closed, I tried a box color from the drugstore. Okay color - but it fried my hair. Tried eSalon after two ladies recommended it (Didn't look like they colored their hair! Younger women - one with beautiful red hair and the other a very natural looking light blonde). Had my hair trimmed and tried eSalon. A great product. Very professional service. They can adjust it for you personally - in case it is a not exactly what you want. So glad I don't have to freak out about finding a colorist...or traveling 100 miles or more to find a pro. Pandemic HairLike most of us, getting to the salon wasn't possible. After years of professional hair care, doing it through the internet seemed scary. But this was the perfect time to try since no one would see it if it went wrong, right? So I tried eSalon, and I was ANGRY!! ANGRY that no one could see how good I looked!! OMG! So my salon called me to let me know that they were open. I declined my next appointment. I’m extremely pleased with my color choice. Thanks!I was very concerned because I had never colored my own hair but after 11 weeks I felt compelled to give it a try. I made decisions with all of the options given for color choices. I also sent a picture of the roots I needed covered. Upon receiving my personal color created from Stephanie, I still was concerned knowIng my husband was going to be my colorist with a shaky hand. His concern was not necessary because between my color choice, complimented by Stephanie’s expertise, & my husbands loving efforts covered my roots beautifully & almost a month later is still just perfect. Color and highlightsI think we are almost there. Just alittle darker on the base or fill would be better. Highlights instructions were easy to follow and went well. CoverageI love the color but it's definitely didn't cover my gray. This is my first time putting any products in my NATURAL HAIR. I will give it a try again hopeful it's will work this time.
