Holy crow the dying process was intense - the product is obviously nicer than a box dye, just from the consistency alone - and I am finally close to a colour I actually want!! The team went above and beyond, making sure from my picture that I was getting the colour I wanted - I was genuinely ready to be okay with being underwhelmed but it looks frackin amazing. Can't wait to get my girlfriend to start using it as well!
