TerribleHair color only turned my grey into a different shade than the rest of the my hair so it stood out in a different color. I tried reaching out to get it fixed but after a week I received a email back stating they can’t find my acct to match the email. Turned my roots orange!Updated review: Today I received a reply from customer service and was issued a refund. This is a relief. So I updated my rating from 1 star to 3. You may want to give it a try or not, at least you would receive a refund if you don’t get good results. I would advise though to research on the internet regarding color application specifically for going lighter or darker, because the instructions I received turned out to be a mistake, I don’t think they’re really personalized. My previous review is below. [I answered the quiz truthfully, I followed the instructions, and what do I get, hot roots! Plus no gray coverage, I only have a few grays. I have colored my own hair in the past using boxed color and never had this issue. Very disappointed. Still no reply from customer service. Honestly, I feel scammed. I would advise to carefully consider if you really want to risk it, because you may be better off with boxed color and it’s less expensive.] 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Perfect color match...I have been coloring my hair for along time.. first time for E-Salon..It was fairly easy to use as an all over product..I have thick hair so it was a little harder to do my whole head, but for root touch ups from now on should be a breeze... the color is perfect and not to brassy...also my hair is really shiny... so glad I tried it...still saving money not going to the salon and can do it when I want. Colour miracleThis is honestly the best dye I have ever used, it's such a strong gorgeous colour like I wanted, went on really easy and hasn't ran loads when showering. It was really easy to apply, smelt amazing and overall exceeded expectations! My only criticism would be that for people with really thick hair, like myself, the shampoo and conditioner didn't quite fully cover my hair but other than that a truly amazing product! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Surprisingly Great!My sister helped me color at home this past week and boy were we surprised! After years of salon coloring and the expensive visits every 5 weeks the results I got from Esalon shocked me because they were better! My hair color matched well and afterwards my hair was silky and smooth. This after no hair cut for 3 months. Wow! Surprised and happy!!My salon has been closed the past two months so I decided to research on-line products. Based on the reviews I decided to order eSalon. This product was packaged nicely and the instructions were easy to follow. The results were great. The color is perfect! Most importantly my hair feels healthy. Love ThisI'm not one to write reviews but this case it's a must. After spending 100' of dollars at salons and still coming out with bad color, dry hair I knew I had to make a change. Madison Reed was the best impulse buy I've ever done. The color is pure rich tones, very natural. My hair has never felt or looked better. I recommend this product very highly. Really happy with resultsI haven't dyed my own hair for years but couldn't cope with the greys coming through since lockdown. I was dubious about using a dye kit not least because I'm not very good at doing things like this myself. However the kit was perfect, easy to follow step by step instructions and the results have cheered me up no end. The greys have gone, the colour is great and my hair is shiny and lovely again.
