The perfect color!This was the first time I ever tried ordering hair color online and boy was I nervous! I am a 56 year old female with fine thin light brown hair that tends to look brassy when colored. I also have gray patches of hair right in the front in my temple area. The salon was shut down because of the pandemic and my hair was starting to look really bad. Definitely use againFirst time I have ever colored my own hair, with a little help from my husband for places I couldn't see, and it turned out perfect! Love the color! Only thing I would do differently is how much I used for my roots. Since I have never done this before, I was worried about running out of product. Retired hairdresser & customer of 7 yrs!As a retired hairdresser & customer or 7 yrs, the E-Salon's product remains true. It actually helps my fine naturally curly hair look healthier & behave a bit better. It's hard for curly hair to look shiny but looking healthy is the key. I get good gray coverage with little fading. I use a strawberry blonde color which the colorist & I worked out as the years & my gray progressed. Perfect ColorThe color was absolutely perfect. This was the first time I colored my own hair in 50 years! I used a boxed hair color only once as a teenager with DISASTROUS results. Went to a professional to "fix" it with even more disastrous results. I vowed I would never do my own color again, so I was very hesitant to try this. The color was a perfect match. Pleasantly surprisedI wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I ordered. I was worried that the color would be noticeable off from the color I was trying to match my roots to and I’d end up having to dye my whole head. I feel like the match was almost perfect. Perfect match-subtle resultsDisclaimer: I am extremely particular about results, and (typically) don't write reviews unless I am blown away. Use primarily to cover front gray/blond and around ears (hello, ponytail season!). Color does not darken with perspiration and blends beautifully...AND one of the best parts of this color process, after running through the hair and letting sit for a few at the end, is this radiant glow and depth achieved. I subscribed to this service in early March when the shelter-in days began, and not sure if I will need pro color $$$ going forward? Love the resultsI was so hesitant to color my hair for the first time in my life! With the stay-at-home directive, I missed my hair appointment mid-March. So mid-May, it had been over 3 months. To order, your color specialist called to discuss my color selection. She told me to send some photos taken outside rather than indoors so she could better determine the color. With her expertise, she tweaked the color just a bit. I got the personalized kit very quickly. Then, I watched all the videos, but still needed encouragement. With all this support, I colored my hair tonight and just love the results. My hair color has dimension, exactly the right tones and it was so easy. Thank you so much!
