first time to order and use colorNoticed strong smell of peroxide. How many volume? Is it really 15%? Hair around temple areas didn't take color well. I can still see grey hairs. Different colorsThe color on my roots is a vibrant deep red like I wanted but the color I got for my ends was more brown. I would have liked it more if my whole head was the color of my roots. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Does not cover gray.Please review my notes that I sent. I do not want any new orders. I want a refund. No-one has yet to follow up as stated in your response. Substandard customer service. I had a horrible experience with my first color order - no one called me, now I get an email that my next shipment is on the way; Unacceptable.
