love the formulaThis product IS just as good as the salon, I have now colored my hair 3 times and my hair is not damaged and dried out . I love the packaging, the user friendly instructions and how EVERYTHING is included and the gloves are even better than expected . This is not watery or runny and not dripping all down my face so it’s virtually mess-less . I am susceptible to drying due to I have coarse /2B curly-wavy hair . PerfectMy hair attracts warm tones more than anything, any time I go lighter it turns brassy and any time I go darker it turns almost burgundy. This is the first time I have found a perfectly neutral toned dye!! Packaging and ingredients greatI had not touched up roots before nor colored my hair myself. I have light brown hair w some gold/red naturally. The formula was good. I was nervous but followed it step by step. Had to hunt for hair clips and ended up not using them. My hair is softer than prior to the color. Once I massaged into the roots at the last 2 minutes it blended well. Hint. You will probably have to replace your shower curtain. You might install a cheap hanging liner if you have a tub shower. If I missed any roots in the back only the people behind me will know and kindly remain silent. Great product. Beautiful personalized packaging. Clear instructions. So far, I am impressed!Just colored my hair two days ago. The colorist recommended that I go a little darker than what the shade I picked, and although I was trying to go lighter (my hair is fine and thought lighter would be better to disguise the root growth as the month wore on), I have been so pleased with going darker - my more natural color. The lighter color I had made me look washed out. I cannot tell about whether this color will last an entire month, but hope so! A hairdresser told me that the packaged products from the drug store are not nearly as good at lasting a month because the products are old and not fresh like when you get color done at the hairdresser, so hope this is similar. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Custom ColorStaff was friendly, & very nice. They were EXTREMELY busy due to Covid-19. My order took a very long time however because they were so busy it’s very understandable. But anyone needing something now during this pandemic keep that in mind. Directions were so easy, application easy, everything was great about the product itself. Hair care kit was very nice. Color however wasn’t what I asked or wanted, it was more of a brown Because it was so brassy then a dirty blonde. I was blending the bottoms up to my natural roots to cover previous blonde ends— but the bottom is now more of a brassy brown color. I may order again to cover it up it’s so bad! 😭 I truly think this company would be 10/10 when they can take the time on the order and get back to you and throughly help you get what you want. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
