Sadly didn't cover GreyI gave all the information on my salon color (Brand/forumla) as well as general information about my hair. I watched all the videos (some multiple times) and followed instructions to the T as best I could here on my own....Sadly while it has "muted" the grey it didn't cover it....is there something else I should do? adjustment to formula? just try again? can't see on the website how to reach out to my colorist.....love the idea of this and hope can get more information to make it work better 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. beautiful color!I really love the color, it's brilliant, and has a very natural effect. The shipment basically got lost, so it arrived much later than I expected. Great color, soft hair, very convenientColor products are easy to use and leave my hair soft. Also, they don't have a strong smell. I love that I can adjust my order and request adjustments to my color. My only complaint/comment is that I need to remember to super-saturate the parts of my hair that are more color-resistant because it takes a lot of product to cover the grey in those spots. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Just what I neededI usually have my hair professionally colored every 5-6 weeks. Unfortunately, due to the Covid Pandemic, I am unable to meet up with my hair colorist for my scheduled appointment. Walking around with my grey roots is not something I want to do and so I found out about eSalon via Youtube. I was skeptical at first, but saw such positive reviews through different Youtube people that I decided to try it. Product came in a lovely box and personalized just for me. The results are wonderful. Although it was difficult to color my own hair (mostly the back of it), the final outcome was great. My hair looked shiny and 99% of my greys were covered. The other 1% that wasn't covered, was due to, accidently applying some of the protection staining cream, onto my temple greys. Now that I know this, next time, I will be able to avoid this and get 100% grey coverage. I will be saving over $100 every 5-6 weeks from now on, as I will be using eSalon from here on out. Easy to applyI have light blonde hair and the color was good, but can see a little of the grey at roots, so perhaps I should have let it process a little more than 30 minutes? Will try again next month. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
