Pleasantly Surprised!I was very skeptical to order hair color on line but, not been able to go to the salon to get my hair done due to the quarantine (Corona Virus) I decided to take a chance and order anyway. I was Pleasantly Surprised how well my hair color turned out . The color matched perfectly and it looks professionally done. I will continue to get my hair color from eSalon!!! so simple and beautiful!i just went from a light blonde to a dark brown and it turned out amazing! it was so easy to use and didn't take much time at all. everything is very personalized. Sold on this product!The color is great and it doesn't fade! It's every bit as good as what I get in a salon and much better than the store bought brand I had been using. I highly recommend this product. Update: it seems like the recent change in the formula fades more at the roots. Color Me Happy!Color my own hair at home? This thought was giving me nightmares. No really, I was having bad dreams about how jacked-up my hair was going to look after doing color myself. I imaged hot roots and faded ends, dry, brittle texture, hair falling out in clumps. I am thrilled to share that my first experience coloring at home with eSalon was far from a nightmare: it was a dream come true. Being a redhead by choice, it can sometimes be a challenge to get a color I like, so I was very apprehensive about ordering color online: eSalon has made me a believer. Choosing my color through the online evaluation was easy. I appreciated that I was able to leave a note to my colorist about my concerns/needs, This note was obviously factored into the products and instructions shipped to me. The kit was very thorough, with everything needed for the process labeled clearly. It is a cute touch to have my name printed on items in the kit to make the experience even more personalized. I did a 4-step process that was explained thoroughly, including processing times. Because my hair had been lightened and my roots were dark (oh, and I have some gray around my hairline), I had to process the roots first, then the midshafts and ends, and then do an all-over massaging in of the ends color before rinsing and cleansing. I was worried about banding or hair not blending,but I am delighted to report that my hair looks and feels great. The color looks multidimensional and not monochrome or flat. There is a softness and shine that is very impressive, particularly after color processing: my hair feels healthy, not harmed. My spirits--and my hair--have really been given a boost. WowI ordered during the lock down so the colour took a little longer to get to me but when I did put it on Wow !! Wonderful!!This is the first time I have ever colored my hair myself. What a good experience! The directions were very clear and easy to follow. I will definitely use eSalon again. The hardest part was finding clips to section and tie up my hair. The color is perfect My only problem is that I see I missed a few places and can still see the gray. went brown instead of blongI received my color the other day and dyed my hair with the color that was adjusted based on my photo. I was trying to go more blond and the color that is "dark blond" made my hair darker. I don't hate it but my original intent was to go more blond not more brown.
