Much better than I was expecting. loved it!During this corona business, my hair was looking just dreadful. Grey was showing through by nearly 2 inches and the colour was almost ginger. i was nervous about using the colour as I normally pay over £100 in my usual salon. From the start, the whole kit looked so professional and personalised which is a lovely touch. I bought the extra kit , so the bowl, brush, clips and I'm glad I did. There was no cape but I just cut a hole in a large charity plastic bag and put my head through it and it was fine. It looked quite dark during processing and I was a bit worried but being in lockdown I thought it wouldn't matter anyway. After I had dried and styled it, I was really thrilled. it is a perfect color. Just need it cutting now1 But at least I feel human again. Thanka you so much. You have made my day. Best home hair colorHaven't colored my hair at home for over 20 years but your color was truly amazing. As good or even better than how my hair looks after going to a salon. A little hard, logistically, to pin my hair up since I have very thick and very curly hair. The only problem I would note is that because my hair is very thick, there wasn't enough color to completely cover all the roots and then pull some color through ends as noted in the directions. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Grey coveragemost of my hair covered my grey well but still left some uncovered. And it still is running red into my showers. I've done exactly as instructed and would appreciate more advise as to help both situations. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not quite rightFirst order, root colour one nearly there just a little too dark, colour two lengths and ends, far too light only colour showing is bright coppper didn’t blend at all with colour one there was a stripe line where the colours meet. Does not workI have hard to color gray. I made sure I noted this on esalon. My box from the grocery store works better! This was a waste of time and double the cost. A lot of my gray did take the color and the ones that did look blonde. I did everything just like the directions and I am not new to using box color. Did not cover grey and poor serviceI followed the instructions. Product did not cover my grey at all. I was not offered a refund but told they would adjust the formula and send me a new kit (which I would pay for). Several weeks later, the new kit hasn’t come.
