Blown Away!I am extremely impressed with my custom color! I have been getting my hair professionally colored black (Redken Chromatics 1NN) every 4 weeks for the past 3 years. I had to miss my touch up appointment at the salon when they closed down so it had essentially been 8 weeks since I colored my regrowth! I did research for days and read tons of reviews searching for a brand that I could trust that wouldn’t ruin the healthy state of my hair. Seeing how eSalon is completely customizable on your hair structure made me very comfortable with choosing them! Once I received my own little custom box, I was amazed with the level of thought and effort that the company puts into making each color special for each person. I had the help of my boyfriend to apply the color and I loved that you could apply with a bottle and then brush it on. There was tons of color left which was a relief because since you only get one bottle, I was nervous that it wouldn’t be enough. Once I rinsed and blow dried my hair, I was blown away with how gorgeous it looked! The color matched 100% perfectly to my existing hair and my texture was incredibly soft and bouncy. My favorite part is that there wasn’t a bunch of color on my scalp like when I usually leave the salon and my scalp wasn’t itchy at all. I am honestly thinking of cancelling my current shampoo/conditioner subscription to add the classic combo that was sent with my kit! My hair is on day 3 of not being washed and there is NO grease at all! My hair is super shiny also, I seriously could NOT be happier with my results. I haven’t washed it again since, but I’m really hoping the color lasts long so that I can stop spending hundreds at the salon and switch to a lifetime with eSalon! :) 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. First time user of productDesperate times call for desperate measures. I have traditionally had my hair colored and trimmed every 4 weeks no matter what. Then came the pandemic. No where to go so I carefully did my research and narrowed it down to eSalon. I couldn’t be happier! My husband says it looks better than when I went to have it professionally done! PERFECT color matchI have been working with a "brick and mortar" stylist for over a year-trying to explain the color/hue that I wanted. Everytime it was close, but not quite what I really wanted. Fantastic!I used esalon for the first time and was very pleased with it! I have colored my own hair for years with the traditional boxed color and this was heads and tails above. Sheltering in place ... too much gray...Lifesaver!I’m a once every 4 week regular with my professional. Shelter in place happened right before my standing appointment. I knew this was going to be a problem. I had never heard of eSalon but being desperate I decided, after talking to my professional, to give it a try. I uploaded photos and answered the questions. Understandably, it took a few weeks to arrive. It arrived today and I applied to my roots this afternoon. For a first time user, it came out pretty good. I feel so much better with all that gray gone. The color isn’t a perfect match but I’m happy. I sent a picture of the finished product to my professional and she thought it was good. hairI did like the overall product. I have stubborn grey and it seemed to make my roots much darker than the rest of my hair.
