best color I have ever usedthis is by far the best color I have used. People can't believe I color my own hair. Change the ConditionerThe color was easy to apply and did a good job of covering my greys. However, the conditioner was not very good, there was not nearly enough, and it left my hair knotty and tangled. Simply did not look goodI’ve been coloring my hair at home for a few years now. I really wanted to like this color but unfortunately it just didn’t turn out well. Smell Is very badI completed my color for the first time and the smell was horrible. A day later I am still fighting a headache. I have had my hair colored at salons for years but do not remember the smell being that strong. Does not hold color around edges when using gelColor doesn't hold against gel or edge control. Gray is showing already. Used color after receiving it. the gold mixed with copper and mahogany gold mixture was was too mild. Customer service was great.
