No noticeable color changeI tried this twice and sadly have been disappointed. Both times I could not even tell I colored my hair at all. I followed the instructions exactly. Nothing. Custom Hair ColorThe smell was not potent. Easy to follow directions. Tingled only a little bit, but felt good, as I have Arthritis. Wasn't sure if I could get a color to match on line!I was so happy after using the color you had sent from your company! It matches the color of my hair beats going to a salon 50 miles round trip, the cost of having it done at a salon wasn't cheap so saving me gas and time ,also the cost of getting it done and having it match was great! I'm soldThe color is so natural it's like I had it done in a salon. The directions were easy and there was plenty of product so I didn't have to worry I would run out. I was very hesitant to try this product and I'm really glad I decided to go for it. Hair colorIt was super easy to do myself. The color was even throughout. I will definitely continue to use this service. FABULOUS COLOR & FANTASTIC SERVICE!I talked with my color specialist for quite sometime describing my natural hair color how the color takes to my hair (it gets very dark in the middle) She was FANTASTIC! She listened to my requests and added just the right solution to the problem I’m having The color came out perfect even though I really suck at coloring my own hair! Great customer care and service I’m in love with esalon and the quality hair color they provide at just a fraction of what a salon would charge! My hair started looking duller as I aged I don’t color my grays because I earned them and I wanted to keep it natural looking!
