Did not useWhen I ordered your product I specifically asked to lighten my hair color. There was never any mention that your hair color kits do Not lighten hair. Great color match!I was having trouble getting a color match as i have a few stubborn grey's that were hard to color, leaving most color on longer left a red hue to my roots and my ends are med \ dark brown. eSalon was easy to apply and the color matched up perfectly with no color change from root to tip. Color PERFECT!!!I FINALLY got around to color my hair. I wish my dark hair could be blond instead, but they've been honest that they can't give me my much wanted blond color. However they do get all the brassiness out, as I requested!!! Love this company. I ask them to do something, and like magic they do! They also are honest when asked a question. No one has any idea how many times I have bought hair color off the shelves in Walmart, only to be so very disappointed! Not with e-Salon! I tell folks to give this company a try, and if you find something you don't like, email them and like magic, the next time you get your color, they correct it. Amazing color!!Exactly what I wanted!! My hair is much healthier and less dry than with other hair dyes I have used. The color is very rich looking. I love that it is sent to me directly. On PointI was a hairstylist for 20 years and recently changed careers and going back to school and find no time to run to the supply store for color. Thought I would give eSalon a try since it was delivery!!! WOW, I am impressed!!! The color was on point and felt great after coloring.
