Red isn’t that redOrdered a light brown copper golden colour which looked very copper in the photo. When I had applied my colour it was very dark and not much red to it. After the first wash basically all the red had gone and I’m left with brown hair. I spoke with customer service who said that I can request the exact colour I wanted, which was a redken copper mix. I found this website while looking for the redken colours I needed. Such a shame it didn’t work out. I will say though, that even though it’s not the colour I wanted, it does suit my complexion and a lot of people like it. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

They won’t stop emailing me to start again!First reason I was disappointed was because the color faded so fast it was like using a temporary tint. But now, no matter how many times I write them and request to stop the emails and the products, they keep sending me emails to start up again, That’s the other reason why I rate them as a zero. colourThe colour was too dark for me I found the mixture a bit to thick I could not squeeze bottle hard enough too get the mixture on to my hair and yes I did take the top off the bottle, had to finish my hair with brush took me forever although the shampoo and conditioner was great and smelt beautiful not shaw this is for me thank you... 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. My colorist nailed it!!I am so happy with my color. Sent photos of my current color in and told them the direction I wanted to go in. A little redder, but wanted it to look natural. My colorist blended a dark auburn shade that was absolutely beautiful. The directions that came with it were easy to follow and I've gotten nothing but compliments. Exactly what I wanted!Shipped quick, everything I needed was in the box. Directions were easy to understand. Color was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted brown, only time I got brown was at salon for $150. Box color always gave me black hair no matter what color printed on box. Quality was same as salon, definitely not an over the counter box color. Covered all my gray hair. Several weeks later color is still holding up, no fade, hair looks healthy. I'm impressed.
