Product is awesome - eSalon is working on getting the color right.(Just not pleased with the color even after last request to have it changed. Not trying to be difficult... but I want an ASH BLONDE - not a yellow blonde. It's a shame, because I do like the product... but I hate the color.) To be honest and 'fair'... I am upping my rating for eSalon... I do like their product much better than Madison Reid, which I had tried before... So I want to clarify... While I have not been happy with the 'color', (too golden, not enough ash) the quality of the product is exceptional. I love that my hair is still soft after coloring.. the product itself is not harsh AT ALL on my (normally dry) hair and its smells nice. My colorist has contacted me about adjusting the color again and I will also say that they are GREAT about responding very quickly and providing good solid customer service. I really appreciate that. I've decided to give it another go, and hopefully the third run will be the charm! Wrong colorI'm absolutely fuming, I ordered a dark blond ash but when I was done with the coloring, my hair look like a dark strawberry blond border line red, NOT ASH!! Not sure if it was user error or notI bought this to cover my roots by myself. I was worried about overlapping especially in the back where I can't see so I don't think I used enough or maybe didn't leave it on long enough because the color did not match my previous color (this was my 3rd color set and the same formula as the previous one) and still looked like I had darker roots.
