Didnt get correct color and customer service was not goodI Tried to reach customer service by sending multiple messages since they give you that choice or a phone #. Sending a message is more convenient for me and I did not hear back in timely manner. I ended up calling since that was also listed as a way to contact them.I was told my color shipped. I told them it was wrong and was told by 2 different reps I REALLY SHOULD HAVE CALLED INSTEAD OF SENDING MESSAGES. (I sent 3 different messages) Then Esalon should take away the CONTACT info choice of sending a message if that wont get help or answere questions. Very disappointed in the color not being what I wanted but it could have been solved befor it was shipped if someone got back to me. I would have continued buying from esalon but to have 2 reps say I should have called was like saying it was my fault. They did Tell me to write return to sender on the box and put the package in mail and I will be refunded.
