Color fried my hairI have used products a few times getting progressively darker. This time I again asked for a shade darker and followed the instructions exactly. Amazingly responsive customer service!I've been a super light blonde for years and am really burned out on it. Ready for color but not willing to spend $120 on hair color every few weeks. I ordered a dark golden mahogany blonde. eSalon reviewed and with my ok lightened the shade. I'm still looking for my perfect shade but so impressed with the response and care from eSalon! Superior color; Great kitHonestly, I would buy my own gloves and all the rest (if I had to?) just to get the color. Shout out to Jennifer the colorist, also!
