Nice touchesI like that they tell you what colours is in your order and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Nice touch including my name on the colour bottle, etc. Also really good that they do a follow-up to make sure you're happy and if there's anything not quite right they'll adapt the colour for the next delivery. Color is PERFECTI had a lot of dark root growth with a lot of gray to cover too, and I completely changed my previous hair color to this new color, and it came out PERFECT!!! The kit came with a roots color and an ends color process. This was new to me, but I followed the instructions to a T, and although it took longer than I expected, the entire process was so easy! I have been dyeing my hair from a box every 4 weeks since I can remember, so I am familiar with the self dye situation and coordination that it takes, which was definitely necessary experience for my first e-salon trial. Pleasantly SurprisedI only ordered this because I got a free first order and I knew it would save me money compared to buying at Sally’s. I was a little nervous about trying it because I hadn’t heard of eSalon before. I decided to give it a try anyways and was pleasantly surprised! The packaging was super cute and came with everything I needed and more (extra bottle, shampoo, conditioner, gloves, etc.). The hair dye itself is exactly what I wanted and has lasted longer than other brands. My hair also felt great after dying it. AwesomeEvery time I have used either home dyes or even gone to the salon my hair always looked dry and felt dry and it would just frizz out my curls but with e-salon I have smoother silkier hair after dying my hair.
