Happy with the service and my hair colorService: Colorist Alexandria reached out shortly after I placed my order and made a thoughtful recommendation based on my photos, current hair color, and amount of gray. I was ordering a demi-permanent color and wanted to avoid red or overly ashy tones while keeping a natural dark brown look. Although the system suggested a dark brown, Alexandria advised going with a lighter medium brown since the color tends to develop darker on natural hair than the online samples. Her advice was spot-on. My order arrived quickly and was well packaged, though I would have preferred more recyclable materials and fewer small plastic bags. Color Set: The results look very natural, with my grays blending seamlessly. My hair feels shiny and healthy, and there was no skin staining at all during the process. Weak colourVery mild coverage. I don’t have any greys and found that this was by far one of the worst colourings I’ve had. It threw a strong shade of red even though I specifically asked for a medium brown. Disappointing at the least. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Extremely pleased-highly recommendI am extremely pleased. The issue: The vision for my haircolor was somewhat complicated. I prefer natural looks. Yet, at age 63, I "was" 100% gray. I wanted to dye my hair dark brown, yet retain 3-5 gray streaks across my front hairline and slight salt and pepper temples, enough for a distinguished look, yet not appear obviously dyed.. similar to my natural look when I was in my late 40's. The consultant reached out to me on how to achieve this look. I followed her instructions, and patiently took my time. The result was SPECTACULAR and I saved several hundred dollars in the process. My hair looks natural-not dyed. Only my hairdresser and I know my secret (LOL). Confidence renewed. Plus, my hair is soft and manageable, not dried-out.
