My new favoriteLoved the hair dye, directions were easy to follow, loved having color stain remover especially since I’m brunette. I stopped going to salon because a colorist stained my forehead and then couldn’t get stain off! Very embarrassing two days. 2nd Color application: NO GOOD!My initial custom color package was wonderful! High quality coverage that lasted and made my hair soft and silky. So I decided to allow my recurring order to continue. My second round of color was no where near the first experience! Right after washing out the color, I still had gray hairs that the color didn’t penetrate even though I applied the color the same way I had done the first time. In addition, my hair felt VERY dry and brittle. It felt like straw to the touch. I don’t know if esalon sends you very good color initially to hook you, and then sends inferior quality products thereafter but I’m very unhappy with my second application and will probably be canceling future orders. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
