What are you waiting for?That is what I had asked myself. I am a First-time user and have to tell you.... I am so happy with the color! Mostly to my surprise my husband of 31 years saw me coloring and checked out the goodies himself and said - WOW, they don't mess around. Oh, he also loves the color too which is something I have never ever heard from his mouth whenever I would buy a box at the store (and sometimes if I had it done at a Salon!). The detail information you give to them is highly important and they were spot on with me. I had just colored my hair and it turned my highlights that were 4 months old.... silver grey - - not good! So, when you do their survey on your colors - be honest and tell them what you have going on with your hair. Mine is also fine and I am going through the change (have been for years!). I could go on and on.... but, honestly, their customer service is comparable to Nordstrom! It simply is an experience of MY color, My way!!! Thanks eSalon, D. It’s a WINNER!!!I went to a salon for a trim and the hairdresser could not get over how healthy my hair was and that I colored it myself! Can't say one bad thing about this productI've applied it 8 weeks ago and my hair still looks Great ! The last product I used was such a waste of money .i have my second application. Nice color, little waxyI don't need the bottle one for the roots I only really want the intense red bottle with not blond in it. The shampoo and conditioner don't really smell very good.
