Great Color Blending!My stylist did an excellent job to blend a color that's just right for me, working with the photos I sent and my explanation of what I was expecting. When I get a notion to change it up, I'll send new pics with updated preferences, and I know it will be on target. The color is great! Charged for something I never orderedCustom hair color—sounds good right? And (for a very short time) I could get my first color for $10. When will I ever learn? Box came . Color inside. Ok. Lovely smelling product and good colour but fades very quicklyI have used this product several times now, and although the colour is lovely and smells great, it fades incredibly quickly. My roots start to show again in about 10 days and for the rest of the month I look like I have untidy hair. Fading in the rest of my hair shows quite reddish undertone which doesn't really go with the professional look I am trying to maintain. I am contemplating on cancelling my subscription as this is expensive and doesn't provide as good a cover as my previous supermarket brand did for a fraction of the price. Edit: After colour adjustment I have a lovely new shade, and also tried to highlight kit which is marvellous!
