Not what I orderedPretty sure the somewhat dark brown colour I was sent was no where near the dark ash blonde I had ordered..... if you want to make a good product start with giving customers what they order. Didn’t come out the color promisedOrdered my hair color in a dark blonde - golden copper. Unfortunately instead of getting the color promised, my hair is now a coppery medium brown. Going to the dark sideI had great advice from the eSalon team about going for a darker blonde. They advised that it's tricky to go back to a lighter shade if I didn't like it so offered a mid-tone suggestion. They were totally correct and the darker blonde with copper and ash was perfect for me.
