A BRILLIANT CONCEPT & PRODUCT !I read about E~Salon in several sources after my usual salon closed. Soon afterwards I was diagnosed with a very serious illness and it became difficult to find the energy for 3~4 hour salon appointments or to afford salon prices as well. My reading had glowing reviews for not only the E~ Salon system but the customization and performance of the products themselves. With very reasonable prices and a "user friendly, no strings" policy you could not lose; you are in control with the personal touch of a customized support team just a call/email away. This is THE BEST IDEA to come along in a long time! So simple, discreet and personalized right down to my own name on the box and custom mixed color inside. I felt right from the start there was no way I could fail. My hair looks and feels amazing ~ as if I spent 10 X the amount at a salon. I don't think I will ever go back! Same issue with every dyeI decided to try this custom color thing as standard dyes don't let one adjust undertones.. I wanted by dye to be as ashy as humanly possible and alas, it was not. something has changedI have ordered over 50 times from eSalon and since October 2025 it seems the formula and grey coverage has changed and no longer sufficient. As long-time customers we rely on consistency and/or transparency. Customer service was responsive, but the experience was frustrating and required correction.
