Perfect!I have Been coloring my hair for years (either myself or professionally done). I tried e salon and at first the color was too dark. When I relied to the automatic email to “rate my purchase”. I mentioned that even though I was sent exactly the color I asked for. Ii received an email shortly thereafter from cusomer service with steps to help fade the color and a free reformulation. First Time userToday I used the custom hair color from eSalon. Color came out great but noticed that some hair near the scalp were not dyed (remained gray). I made sure the area was covered.
